Water, water, water


Are we really meant to drink 64 ounce per day? Wait. . .is it 84 ounces? And remind me. . .does that include every liquid, or just water? Does coffee count? What about gin and tonics? It boggles the mind. I haven’t mastered this trick with the kids, but I try to tackle the daily water challenge by placing a giant cup next to my bed. When I wake up, it gets filled to the brim and, always thirsty, I get a huge start on my daily intake.  How do YOU get your fill of water each day?
