We interrupt your regularly scheduled diet for something new and exciting!  We are here in China and adjusting to many things we once took for granted.  Breakfast, for example.  My organic blueberry smoothies with protein power and chia seed are a thing of the past, at least for the moment.  Instead, they have been replaced with a hard boiled egg and pickled carrots or onions, depending on the day.  It may sound awful, but so far, it has been a pleasant change.  We are in a hotel at present, where I am in teacher training, but once we move on to our own city and own apartment, I am sure to get us back to our regular fare.  It is all just a reminder that this entire experience is about helping us adjust to change, and to break free from our routines, something that for me especially, is tough.  How do YOU deal with change?
