Run, Mommy, Run

While running my latest marathon, I began killing time by thinking of all the reasons I subject myself to such silly levels of exercise.  Surely there is a large component of “runner’s high” that is factored in, but more than that, I do it to stay healthy and strong, and to show my kids what it is to commit to something fully.  I want to be a runner as long as I can, and yoga is helping me to do that. Maybe it is reading, gardening, or singing in the shower…we all hold something dear to us outside our family and friends.  What are you committing to for life?2389976_orig
